Ran into my first jam tonight
- Removed the intake and airbox. The intake has two pipes leading to it. I believe the airbox had one electrical connector that plugs into the bottom
- Removed the overflow tank
- Removed the high pressure power steering to coolant loop (between radiator and condenser) connections and drained the fluid
- Removed radiator top molding and shroud via two plastic clips on each side and a direct pull vertically.
- Removed radiator hoses
- Removed radiator top support, passenger side bumper, and then the entire radiator.
- Removed front radiator fan
- Removed AC and main serpentine belt. Belt tensioners were left unlocked
- Attempted removal of radiator fan unsuccessfully. Ended up removing plastic fan from clutch and also started alternate removal method by unbolting the pulley from the waterpump. I am planning on backtracking a bit and retrying the standard method of removal after application of PB blaster
- Soaked exhaust nuts and fan clutch with PB blaster
