The Laundry Chute - 12/17/2015

Soon after posting my initial models of the room, discussion started to focus on the laundry chute and if it could possibly serve as an AV cabinet + stand for the front right speaker. Further measurements revealed that there might even be room to squeeze a rack in the top portion of the cabinet to really fancy up the electronics.
